Kanye West Won’t Be Charged For Throwing Paparazzi’s Phone: Report
Kanye West will not face charges for allegedly throwing a paparazzi's phone in 2013.
The incident occurred at LAX airport and was caught on video.
The rapper was previously charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft in relation to the incident.
However, the charges were later dropped due to lack of evidence.
The paparazzi, who filed the complaint against West, also settled a civil lawsuit with the rapper.
The settlement amount was not disclosed to the public.
West has had numerous run-ins with paparazzi over the years.
In 2014, he pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery for an altercation with a photographer in Los Angeles.
The incident resulted in West being placed on probation for two years and ordered to attend anger management classes.
